Personal Training

Mindful Movement Coaching’s personal training provides education and coaching for lifelong sustainable fitness. Emphasizing mobility, strength and cardio respiratory health using strategies that work best for the individual client. Personal training sessions are 60 minute one-on-one private training sessions.

The sessions are offered:

  • At Mindful Movement Coaching located in Bradford, VT.

  • At your home (residential) training. (Hanover, Norwich, Lyme, Thetford)


Virtual Training

Mindful Movement Coaching’s Virtual training allows you to train at home, the office or hotel room. You are guided through a structured exercise programs using: free weights, exercise bands, body weight, TRX (suspension trainers), and targeted mobility using a foam roller and other mobility tools. Virtual training offers flexibility for clients with busy schedules or who travel often. Mindful Movement Coaching offers 30min., 45min., and 60min. virtual training sessions.
